Empirical Brewery
At Empirical, beer making is exacted down to a science. The brewery is a laboratory for Empirical’s brewers, who continuously test new and experimental recipes, incorporate customer feedback, try new styles, and refine existing recipes using empirical observations.
Their goal? To make awesome beer.
This month, while we’ll continue pouring an assortment of hyper-local brews from many nearby Chicago producers, we’ll also hone in on some stellar additions from Empirical. So keep an eye on our tap lineup for the latest and greatest.

Empirical BOM Kickoff Party
First up, we’re throwing a kickoff party with our awesome Empirical neighbors on Friday, March 4th, from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. Grab your friends and join us to sip on some tasty brews.
