Sandbox Comedy
Meet up with local comics and work through your material over drinks at our weekly comedy open mic: the Sandbox! Hosted by an epic comedian himself, these gatherings are great ways to connect with fellow enthusiasts and practice bits in a friendly space filled with laughter and a laid-back energy. These events are on Mondays from 7pm to 9pm.
Trivia Night
With the chance to win fun prizes over the perfect pint or carefully crafted cocktail and a hot plate of appetizers, our Tuesday Trivia Night is a laid-back and friendly way to meet people this chilly season in a warm and welcoming space! Our Trivia topics are bound to twist and turn from festive to classics and will put your brain to the true test. Come on in this Tuesday, December 10th, at 8pm and get your orders in before the games begin!
Glitterus Comedy
A fun night out is a great way to celebrate a week well done, and a night out to Glitterus’ comedy show is even better! These shows search Chicago and come to Uptown Taproom with an epic group of comics featuring women and queer talents. Tickets are only $10 for the show this Friday, December 13, so grab them while they are available! The doors open at 7pm and the laughter begins at 8pm, the perfect amount of time to grab a drink and a bite and find the perfect seat before they are all taken. Brewz with the Boyz
The boyz are back and better than ever! Brewz with the Boyz is a fantastic drag king show that takes over our event room for the night. Grab tickets for this December special event that only swings in once a month. This month it is on Saturday, December 14th. Seating is first come first serve so make sure to get there when doors open at 7pm! Make sure to stop by the bar for a winter special cocktail and hot appetizers to bring with you.
New BOM
Our December Brewery of the Month is here and hopping! Begyle Brewing is a local microbrewery that has carefully brewed creations and has become a Chicago favorite. Try one of their drafts at our taproom for only $6 until the end of the month.
Private Events
You can also host your own events here in a number of different spaces!
This location of the Neighborhood Taprooms has two outdoor patios and an indoor event space, any and all of which can be rented! Whether you want to have a brunch party or an evening event, you can reach out to us to use one of our spaces.
