Our main mission: collect Chicagoland area local business products into our taproom and coffee house to make tasting local easier.
How does this come to life? You name it! On our cafe’s side of things, our beans and pastries are fresh and near to our hearts. The rich and smooth coffee kicking up your energy is from Hexe Coffee Co.. The warm, mouth-watering looking baked goods are made in the ovens of Willow Café and Bistro and delivered to us multiple times a week.
The taproom part of our local hub focuses on this too! Some of our harder alcohols such as our beloved Koval Distillery Gin are from Chicago spots. Our beers rotating on our taps are selected from local breweries and distilleries.
Speaking of our beers, we have a new Brewery of the Month special! Another wish of ours is making tasting local affordable, so every month we celebrate a Chicago brewery or distillery and have a special. For November, we are having all drafts from Maplewood Brewery and Distillery be only $6!
