Gators and asteroids and peaches, how wild!
In the past few days, we’ve tee’d up 4 new additions to our tap line. First up and already tapped are 3 delicious IPAs:
And as soon as this almost-cashed keg of PLUMpass is retired (get it while you can!), we’re adding Resting Peach Face sour to the mix.
Let’s dig into the tasty details on these new additions:
The Humble Gator Double IPA
Urban Renewal Brewery’s Humble Gator is an homage to the epic tale of “Chance the Snapper,” the resident alligator of Humboldt Park. And it sure is snappy!
5 tasty malts + Citra and Mosaic hops = a tasty, smooth, full-bodied double IPA bursting with ripe mango.
Asteroid Crashed IPA
This West Coast style IPA from On Tour Brewing bursts with aromas of tropical fruit, lime, pine, pine resin, and grapefruit.
If that sounds like an explosion of flavor, that’s because it is.
BR.OSON Wild IPA
This wild ale from Empirical Brewery is based off a Belgian-style India Pale Ale.
Fermented with both Belgian ale yeast and Brettanomyces, BR.OSON is left to sit from 6 to 8 months, then heavily dry hopped.
The resulting brew starts with pure funk before the Comet hops take over, lending tropical armoas and pineapple overtones.
Resting Peach Face Kettle Sour
Urban Renewal Brewery’s peach and mango kettle sour is a sour-lover’s delight, featuring a soft mango and peach nose that gives way to a tart body.
And for the perfect finish: graham cracker sweetness.
In summary, we’ll see you tonight.
